Taste : Fine and thin with good persistence. Pleasant aromas of muscat grapes, apples, fruit and white flowers. In the palate it is sweet but not cloying, pleasant, and rightly so cool, good intensity.

Pairings : Spicy food like Sichuan beef, Thai crab curry, or spicy Cajun-style chicken wings. Salty snacks like cured meats, nuts, or blue cheese are also a nice counterbalance.
