Area of production Owned vineyards located in the municipalities of Offida and Castel di Lama.

Winemaking In steel fermenters. Maceration on the skins lasts for about 28 days. The refinement takes place in new barriques for 18/24 months. The final blending takes place at the end of the refinement phase. The wine then rests in the bottle for 3 months, as per the regulations.
